Pineapple coconut cake
Quick and Easy Pineapple Coconut Cake
white cake mix
large can of crushed pineapple
8 ounce container of whipped cream
flaked coconut
Mix white cake mix and large can of crushed pineapple together, liquid included. You shouldnt have to add anything else to the cake mix because it will be moist enough.
Bake according to package directions.
When cooled, combine the container of whipped topping and as much coconut as you like. Pile on the cake and enjoy!
This is really yummy, and gets better after the first day, in my opinion Its really nice on a warm day since the cake has to be refrigerated.
