Chicken doughnut


Ingredients for dough
  • Flour 1 ½ cup heaped
  • Instant yeast 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Oil 2 tbsp
Ingredients for filling
  • Chicken boneless tiny cubes 1 cup
  • Onion chopped 2 tbsp
  • Flour 1 tbsp
  • Salt ¼ tsp
  • Black pepper ¼ tsp
  • Milk ½ cup
  • Butter 1 ounce
  • Egg 1
  • Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies chopped 2
Method for dough
  • Sieve flour add in yeast, sugar, salt, egg and oil, knead with Luke warm water into a soft dough, let it rest for 30 minutes covered.
  • Method for filling,Heat butter fry onion add chicken cubes with flour, salt, pepper add milk, cook till thick, remove and add coriander leaves and green chilies, roll the risen dough, cut with round cutter. Put the filling, pinch the edges, dip in beaten egg, deep fry.
