Tiffin Roll

Ingredients
- Flour 250 gm
- Egg 1
- Water as required
- Salt to taste
- Ghee 3 tbsp
- Chicken mince 300 gm
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- All spice powder ½ tsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Crushed cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Egg beaten 1
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Butter paper as required
Method
- In a bowl mix together 250 gm flour, 1 egg and 3 tbsp ghee. Then knead to medium dough with water as required.Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok, add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and 300 gm chicken mince, fry well.Also add 1 tsp all spice powder, ½ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp crushed cumin and salt to taste.
- Fry very well. Now add 1 beaten egg and fry well.Turn the flame off, remove from fire and keep aside.Form small balls with the dough, roll into quarter plate size round, shallow fry with a little oil.Put a paratha on a butter paper, top with mince stuffing.
- Fold and wrap with the butter paper.Serve with any dip of your taste.
