Tiffin Roll

Tiffin Roll


Ingredients
  • Flour 250 gm
  • Egg 1
  • Water as required
  • Salt to taste
  • Ghee 3 tbsp
Ingredients for Filling
  • Chicken mince 300 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder ½ tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Crushed cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Egg beaten 1
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Butter paper as required
Method
  • In a bowl mix together 250 gm flour, 1 egg and 3 tbsp ghee. Then knead to medium dough with water as required.Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok, add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and 300 gm chicken mince, fry well.Also add 1 tsp all spice powder, ½ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp crushed cumin and salt to taste.
  • Fry very well. Now add 1 beaten egg and fry well.Turn the flame off, remove from fire and keep aside.Form small balls with the dough, roll into quarter plate size round, shallow fry with a little oil.Put a paratha on a butter paper, top with mince stuffing.
  • Fold and wrap with the butter paper.Serve with any dip of your taste.
