Cheese Macaroni
Cheese Macaroni

Ingredients
- Milk 300 ml
- Flour Roasted 3 tbsp
- Fresh cream 2 tbsp
- Onion chopped 1
- Nutmeg ground a pinch
- Egg 1
- Cheddar cheese grated 100 gm
- Parmesan cheese grated 100 gm
- Mustard paste 1 tsp
- Tomatoes (sliced) 3 – 4
- Carrot chopped 1 small
- Capsicum chopped 1
- Parsley chopped ¼ bunch
- Boiled macaroni ½ packet
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder ½ tsp
- Oregano 1 tsp
- Rosemary ½ tsp
Method
- Boil ½ packet of macaroni and keep aside.Heat 300 ml milk in a wok till it comes to a boil, add in 3 tbsp roasted flour and cook till thickens.Then add in rosemary, chopped parsley, oregano, chopped carrot, chopped onion, chopped capsicum, fresh cream, beaten egg, mustard paste, ground nutmeg, black pepper powder and salt to taste.Now add in boiled macaroni and mix well.Spread macaroni mixture in an oven proof dish, top with tomato slices.Spread grated cheddar cheese and grated parmesan cheese on top.Now bake in a preheated oven on 200 degrees for 12 – 15 minutes.Remove from oven and serve hot.
